General

By accessing or continuing to use this website, or by making a purchase from Mirage Gifts & Jewellery (Mirage Gifts) you agree to these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions, you should not continue to use this website.

Nothing within these terms & conditions will affect your statutory rights.

All products are offered for sale subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase from our website.

Descriptions

We try to ensure that our website information, descriptions and illustrations are as accurate as possible. However, as with all naturally formed products, there may be variations in stone sizes/colours than from those pictured on the website.

Prices

All prices shown on our website are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP/£) and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable) but exclusive of delivery charges.

The total price, including delivery and other charges, will be displayed before you commit to buy.

Payment

We accept all major credit & debit cards (please see Payment section for further details), as well as cheques and postal orders. Please do not send us banknotes or coins.

For card orders we will need your card billing address and phone number.

For cheques and postal orders, please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to clear.

Delivery

We will only despatch goods to the address shown on the order.

Our current charges for delivery are:

Delivery to Mainland UK £2.95

Delivery to Europe £3.95

Delivery Worldwide (Excluding the USA) £4.95

Please note that due to insurance restrictions we do not deliver to the USA.

Delivery times vary depending on the payment method and delivery destination. An approximate delivery date will be given once payment for goods has cleared; but, as with all estimates, these cannot be guaranteed.

You must notify us of any damaged or incorrect goods supplied, as soon as possible; and certainly, within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Online and mail orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days after the day on which you have received the goods; please inform us by post to St. Theresa, Watling Street, Gravesend, Kent DA12 5UD or e-mail to sales@miragegifts.co.uk

Please however note that we do not accept the return of earrings (other than as faulty goods) due to health and hygiene considerations.

You are responsible for returning the cancelled item back to us. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full; though this does not include any return shipping costs that you incur.

Goods purchased in person (i.e. at shows, etc.) will only be refunded if faulty.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods can be returned for an exchange or full refund (including the return shipping costs). As soon as the item is identified as being faulty, please e-mail us at sales@miragegifts.co.uk stating the product fault and your preferred choice of action.

Please note that you are responsible for returning the faulty item back to us. We will however refund the return shipping costs.

We strictly abide by the Data Protection Act 1998, particularly with regard to you personal details.

The information you provide is solely to enable us to process your order and provide a high level of customer service. You can check the information we hold on you at any time by e-mailing us at sales@miragegifts.co.uk

We have made our website as secure as possible.

In order to monitor the performance of our site we collect the IP addresses and browser details of site visitors. Cookies may be also be used to track and store online ordering information, or in the use of third-party applications.

Online Ordering

We believe that our online shop is straightforward and easy to use. Please use the 'help' facilities provided, in the first instance. However, should you have any difficulties that cannot be resolved; please e-mail us at sales@miragegifts.co.uk

Mirage Gifts use World Pay, to ensure your card and payment security.

Card details are collected through an online secure server provided by World Pay. All transactions are encrypted, and you will receive a separate confirmation of the transaction, directly from World Pay.

Unless you advise us otherwise; you will automatically be added to our mailing list, to receive information on our new products and special offers. If you wish to unsubscribe from our e-mailing list at any time; please either follow the instructions on one of our e-mails, or contact us at sales@miragegifts.co.uk, marking your e-mail 'Unsubscribe'

Complaints

Should you have any cause for complaint please e-mail us at sales@miragegifts.co.uk We will endeavour to reply to your complaint within five working days.
